Hill & Knowlton is part of the WPP Group, the third largest advertising and marketing entity in the world.
The company is headquartered in New York, with 73 offices in 41 countries, as well as an extensive associate network.
Hill & Knowlton has approached the Foreign Investment Promotion Board (FIPB) for its investment in the Indian subsidiary, according to The Economic Times .
